A Virgin az Olasz Nagyd�j p�nteki napj�t annak szentelte, hogy sz�mos �j fejleszt�st teszteljen. Az �jonc ist�ll� mindk�t pil�t�ja el�gedetten nyilatkozott a szabadedz�sek ut�n, �s annak m�r most mindenk�ppen �r�lhetnek, hogy messze �k �rt�k el a legnagyobb v�gsebess�get a monzai ringen a Cosworth er�forr�saival.

"Els� napnak nem volt t�l rossz ez a p�nteki. Az els� szabadedz�sen a m�r megszokott programunkat hajtottuk v�gre, ami j�l siker�lt, �s az aut� is j�nak t�nt. A m�sodik szabadedz�sen v�ltoztattunk az aerodinamikai be�ll�t�sokon, aminek k�vetkezt�ben sokkal alacsonyabb lett a kocsi leszor�t�ereje. Ez nem bizonyult j� d�nt�snek, ugyanis sok id�t vesztett�nk. "Not a bad first day. In the first Free Practice session we had a pretty normal programme for Monza, which went well and the car felt quite okay. In Free Practice 2 we made an aero change, which was really low downforce and not the right way to go, so unfortunately we lost some time. In general I'm happy with the day and there were no problems, so I hope the rest of the weekend continues like this."

 A Virgin remekelt Spa-Francorchamps-ban

Izgalmas �s esem�nyd�s kvalifik�ci�t z�rt Belgiumban a Virgin Racing, amelyen igencsak felem�s eredm�nyt �rtek el a csapat pil�t�i. Az �jonc alakulat eddigi t�rt�nelme sor�n Timo Glock r�v�n m�sodik alkalommal jutott be a Q2-be. A n�met versenyz�re azonban feltart�s miatt �t rajthelyes b�ntet�st szabtak ki.

"J� id�m�r� volt, amelyen siker�lt bejutnom a Q2-be �s lehet�s�gem volt megmutatni valamit a csapat erej�b�l �s a saj�tomb�l is. Az eg�sz g�rda hihetetlen�l kem�nyen dolgozott �jszaka, hogy rendbe hozz�k az aut�mat a tegnapi baleset ut�n. Tudtuk, hogy ez a h�tv�ge a v�ltoz�kony id�j�r�s miatt j� lehet�s�g lehet a csapatnak, ez�rt egy ilyen j� id�m�r�s eredm�ny remek jutalom a sr�coknak az elv�gzett munk��rt. Timo Glock, 17th: A good qualifying today in which we made it through to Q2 and got the opportunity to show a little more of the team's potential and also from my side too. The team worked incredibly hard to build an entire new car overnight following my accident yesterday. We always knew this would be a weekend with opportunities for the team because of the changing weather and to have such a good qualifying in such an unpredictable situation off the back of such a big task to get the car ready is a great reward for them.

I was quite happy with my performance, not making any mistakes in these conditions and to get the best out of the car in the situation. The session was very chaotic having to switch tyres as the conditions changed and tomorrow promises more of the same. It could be a very eventful race for the teams and the fans and I hope we can make the most of that.
